Cancellation Policy

 

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you and your stylist. We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

For Salon services:

  • Changes made after the 24 hour window will be charged 50% of the service

  • Changes or no shows, made on the day of the appointment will be charged 100% of the service.

For Barber services:

  • Changes and no shows, made on the day will be charged 100% of the service.

Late Arrival

Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may be rescheduled to avoid impacting other appointments. If an appointment is rescheduled due to late arrival, it will be treated as a same day cancellation and charged for the full service.
